Cleaning:
For stays under 6 nights, the cleaning is not included in your rate. If you do the cleaning of your apartment at the time of departure, no fee will be charged. If you wish to get cleaning service, the fees are the following:
- Apartment for 2: EUR18 for cleaning during the course of your stay / EUR25 for cleaning at the end of your stay.
- Apartment for 4: EUR24 for cleaning during the course of your stay / EUR35 for cleaning at the end of your stay.
The rooms are cleaned once a week for all stays of less than 30 days and once every 2 weeks for all stays of more than 30 days.
Electricity Fee:
For stays of more than 30 days, the residence charges an extra fee of EUR 1 per day for electricity expenses. Please note that this extra fee needs to be paid at check out.
Food & beverage
Unfortunately, breakfast is only served from Monday to Friday.

Metro: line d - exit 'Garibaldi'. La Part Dieu train station: exit Boulevard Vivier Merle. Airport: Lyon Saint Exupery - shuttle or taxi. By car: from Paris (a6), Marseille (a7), follow the direction 'Centre Commercial La Part-Dieu' and then 'rue Garibaldi'. Turn left just before the traffic lights, then take the first right.

Parking: Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 6.00 per day.
