The hotel is dedicated to Georg Baselitz, one of Germany’s most famous contemporary artists. You find examples of his works throughout the building. In addition, you find an impressive display of modern architecture and interior design exclusively created by the Austrian architect, Hon. Prof. Johanne Nalbach.
The Ermelerhaus is home to 8 grand banqueting rooms decorated in 18th-century, Roccoco style. These provide an elegant backdrop for events, while the hotel’s 2 modern conference rooms offer meeting space for up to 60 participants.
