Melantrich Apartments are brand new apartments situated on the largest Prague boulevard Václavské náměstí (Wenceslas Square), in the very heart of the historical centre.
From the balcony of Melantrich House, which once was the home of a publishing company, Václav Havel gave his speeches which initiated the fall of the communist regime in 1989. The building has been completely renovated recently and offers excellent accommodation for a pleasant stay, including a 24-h front desk and a fitness and wellness centre.

All apartments are newly refurbished and have modern furniture. Each has its own bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen even featuring a dishwasher and a washing machine, and a terrace.
